Strange rays threaten the polar ice caps. Earth's forces are helpless! But not the Galaxy Trio. The trio soon traces the rays to their source - the planet Aqueous, which has always been at peace with the universe. Defeating an unpleasant reception committee, they discover that Lotar has proclaimed himself ruler of Aqueous, and intends to colonize other planets - after he has covered them with water! But in the dungeon, the Trio meets the rightful king, Neptarr, and he has a plan...
