  Episode Summary  
Guy heads to Memphis for one of America's greatest barbecues. He meets an 86 year old legend of the pulled pork sandwich and a local favorite, barbecue spaghetti. Then he heads to a tiny joint for their specialty, barbecued Cornish hen and then to a serious rib joint which houses it's own fleet of classic pink Cadillacs.
