| 27 :03x01 - A Family Dream Yard (May/14/2003) | When Ted and Laura Cohen bought their Mediterranean-style home nine years ago, they were immediately captivated by the natural stream that runs through their property. With the addition of a swimming pool six months ago, the Cohens' dream yard is almost complete. They now need the perfect landscape and a talented designer to tie it all together. The couple would like to enhance the landscaping along the stream, improve access to the stream by adding a staircase, create a sense of privacy by their pool and create shade from the hot sun. They would like a grassy play area for the entire family to enjoy, and they want to do it all on a budget of $25,000 for labor and materials.
