After surviving a difficult childhood and coming out stronger, Patti's client Janet is ready to be a woman in full bloom. Patti has to help Janet get as confident on the outside as she feels on the inside so that she is truly ready for love. Meanwhile, Patti helps former pro-am wrestler Derek be as fearless with women as he is in the wrestling ring. Can Derek finally win a round in love or will he be forever down for the count?
