Former boy band pop stars Chris Kirkpatrick (N*SYNC), Jeff Timmons (98 Degrees), Rich Cronin (LFO) and Bryan Abrams (Color Me Badd) will move in together for one month and together create new music and new band. However, not each of the members are in the same place career-wise. Some of the former stars are ready to make new music and are financially stable, and some have been forced to work day jobs and undergone hardships such as illness and divorce. But with the knowledge of the past, can these four musicians come together and avoid their past mistakes? Will they be able to let go of the past and create new music? Or are they doomed to repeat the past?

But now that the era has drawn to a close, VH1 is on a mission to bring talented boy banders back to the spotlight and give them a second chance at fame. Ready to create a new look and a new sound, Chris Kirkpatrick, Jeff Timmons, Rich Cronin and Bryan Abrams join together in Kirkpatrick's Orlando mansion, where they have to prove themselves from the start to their tough-talking manager.
