Battle of the Planets follows the adventures of the G-Force as they attempted to stop the schemes of the evil Voltar. Voltar is the henchman of the leader of Planet Spectra, the Great Spirit. Spectra is a dying world, so they are attempting to steal natural resources from Earth and its allied planets.
G-Force is a team of five teenaged heroes who wear bird-based uniforms and use the latest in high tech vehicles and weapons as well as each member having cerebrionic-enhanced abilities. They operate out of Center Neptune, which is located below the surface of Earth's ocean. Guided by Chief Anderson and assisted by the robot 7-Zark-7, G-Force consists of Mark the leader, Jason, Princess, Keyop and Tiny.
Note: Battle of the Planets is an English-language version of Kagaku Ninja-Tai Gatchaman (Science Ninja Team Gatchaman).
