Supertrain portrays a nuclear-powered bullet train full of luxurious amenities, like elegant swimming pools and upscale shopping centers, that would seem to belong on a cruise ship rather than a train. Supertrain was so large that it had to run on a specially built track, and took just thirty-six hours to travel from New York to Los Angeles.
