I'm a Big Girl Now is the story of Dr. Benjamin Douglas, played by Danny Thomas. Douglas is a dentist who is dealing with a difficult life after his wife runs away with his dental partner. Meanwhile, his daughter Diana, played by Diana Canova, moves in with him after going through a divorce of her own. The house is never boring with Diana's young daughter Becky, and Benjamin's neurotic son Walter.
