Michael makes the trip from Gdansk in Poland to the Slovakian border to the south of the Tatra Mountains. Along the way he visits Auschwitz and Czestechowa.

Michael takes the journey to the Tatra mountains of Slovakia before visiting the spa town of Karlovy Vary. His journey then takes him to Dresden in the old part of East Germany. Michael concludes his trip with a visit to the Baltic island of Rugen.
