"These are stories of the Foreign Legion today!"
In the treacherous deserts of North Africa, Captain Michael Gallant of the Foreign Legion is responsible for keeping the peace. While gangs and assorted bandits assail the peace of local villages, Captain Gallant and his legionnaires bravely do battle and administer justice when and wherever it is needed.
The series was filmed in North Africa and employed actual officers and legionnaires from Moroccan outposts. Buster Crabbe starred as Captain Michael Gallant with his son Cullen Crabbe playing the orphaned boy Cuffy Sanders. Fuzzy Knight, a veteran of countless B westerns, played Captain Gallant's comic sidekick Pvt. Fuzzy Knight.
