Surfer girl Kathryn Ward wanted a fun Hawaiian-style living room, but what she got was a tidal wave of cheap luau decorations, including grass skirt window treatments and a blow-up palm tree. With a $2,000 budget, designer Valerie Bickford, carpenter Jason Ferris and design coordinator Vanessa Price turn this wipe-out into a Hawaiian paradise.
