Knight Rider is a TV movie based on the iconic 1980s series that originally starred David Hasselhoff. The original series revolved around a former cop cut down in the line of duty and left for dead, but is soon recovered by a clandestine law enforcement agency who surgically alter his appearance, change his identity, and provide him with an incredibly powerful talking car that aids him in opposing criminal forces that operate above the reach of traditional law enforcement.
Years later, Michael and KITT have vanished, but their legacy has not been forgotten. Now the wayward lost son of Michael joins F.L.A.G., with a new team and as the driver of the all-new Knight Industries Three Thousand, seeks to continue the fight begun by the original team.

Mike and KITT must find a stolen serum which will result in the recipients maximum physicality when used, before it lands into the wrong hands. Thanks to a research assistant from the lab, Billy is given some information to relay to Mike about the serum which will help him while searching for this powerful thief. Meanwhile, Sarah's new duties have her overwhelmed as she quickly learns what it will take to re-institute the Foundation for Law and Government.

  Rating: 18 likes, 3 dislikesObjectively the pilot was good. It was a great way of re-introducing the knight rider series to a new generation. It covered all the basics. KITT's invunerabilities, his computer abilities and such. It also introduced a real weakness to the series. KITT is hackable if you have his specs. It also made the connection to the the older series from '82. Now that I have the objective part over. OMFG WFT!!!!! I LOVED IT!! Okay okay I am a geek, so what. I loved the pilot episode. The only thing i would change would be to have Michael Knight drive away in the old KITT. That would have been so cool. of course it could have been really corny or cheesy too (depending on your taste) But it would have been soo sweet. The first thing I did after it was over ( besides saving the whole thing on my DVR was to go online and try to find some info about more episodes. Much to my dismay I coundn't find a single damn thing. I shall have to continue looking. If it is out there for me to find I will find it. Hmmm maybe something on IMDB.com .
