An examination of the 46 arrests which were made in Tulia, TX. back in 1999 during a drug sting on a farming community. The case drew controversy when 39 0f the arrests were made of blacks, and for the uncorraborated testimony which was given by undercover officer Thomas Coleman. Texas governor Rick Perry eventually pardoned all of the convicted.
