Sometimes they took minutes; others, several hours. Each engagement was a battle of wits, strategies, technology and luck.
Shootout! is a new show from the History Channel that looks back on famous firefights throughout history, taking perspective from both sides of the battle. Each episode closely examines the weapons, firepower, and personalities of each shootout, as well as the people using the guns. Thanks to the use of 3D animated sequences and first-person perspectives, the viewers are treated to an immersive experience from the point of view of the fighters on the battlefield.
