When Totonto hosts a U.N. conference on "Children in the Crissfire," ICS allows a movie star to enter Canada with her latest accoutrement - her adopted son Ali, a Dafur refugee with no papers of official passport. Then a man arrives from the Sudan, claming to be Ali´s father, which sets in motion a shocking chain of events that splits the squad and exposes the boy´s true identity.
