Call it dumb luck. Call it a smart idea! IT'S A GROUP TO PUT "HILL STREET BLUES" TO SHAME...One always dresses like Elvis Presley, one dresses like Superfly, and one wears a dress! Two are so old they couldn't pass the physical at the county morgue! One 300-pound motorcycle cop has a mechanical dummy for a partner...and he's the smarter half of the team! There's an exchange officer from India who ought to be exchanged for something else! Two women have trouble with men, and one woman is a man! One is squeaky clean, and one is determined to be a hero if he has to kill everyone! It's a crime what they do in the name of law and order!
