Bob Guiney who was on the ABC series The Bachelorette and then followed that up by being The Bachelor also on ABC will be hosting his own reality TV series. On Saturday, 5 April 2008 at 8:30 PM, TLC will bring the newest reality show to the airwaves titled Date My House with Bob Guiney as the host of the show. This 30-minute long reality show is another in a long line of home makeover shows but with a huge twist. Bob will help people who are trying to sell their house by bringing in a small team or decorators to help spruce up the houses to make them more desirable to potential buyers.
The design and décor team will be led by Interior designer Nadia Geller who has appeared on While You Were Out and Home Made Simple. The big twist comes when one of the potential buyers is invited to stay for dinner and sleep in the house overnight to see how well they would enjoy owning the home. Its’ like the potential new owner is getting familiar with the house they could be buying, sort of like a date, hence the name of the series.

  What a Fun Show!Rating: 1 likes, 0 dislikesI was a big fan of Bob on The Bachelor so I had to check out this show when I heard he was hosting it. I'm not usually a fan of home improvement-type shows, but "Date My House" is really different and fun! Bob is a great host and he seemed to truly care about helping these people. I loved the amazing transformations they did on the house! What a great makeover! I definitely picked up some good design tips from Nadia while watching this!
