A cartoon series made by Adventure Cartoon Productions for Trans-Lux Television, which featured the adventures of the legendary Hercules, residing in Mount Olympus. As villains made their threat to Greece, Hercules would don his ring which gave him super powers. Along with his friends and allies Helena, his girlfriend, Prince Dorian, Newton the boy centaur and Tewt, a miniature boy satyr who "spoke" only by playing his panpipes, the group would battle the likes of Daedalus the wizard, Wilhemine the Sea Witch and the Mask of Vulcan. Later episodes had Herc set up with a belt in which he could make contact with Newt using a "moon stone" beam and be summoned from Mount Olympus.
