Everyone works to impress Rhonda and Neal since it's time for performance bonuses to be handed out. However, when Neal fires a bartender for no reason, Rhonda squares off with him, leaving little time to give out the bonuses. Now, Larry, Nicole, Molly and Gus must find a way to get Rhonda and Neal back on pleasant terms so that they can get their bonuses.
