The participants arrive in their areas where they attempt to get acquainted with their new environment.
2 :01x02 - What Did We Get Ourselves Into?
A man heads out to hunt down a mountain goat who has never shot a gun in his life. The three other groups try to fend off the wildlife while gathering food before the bad weather arrives.
3 :01x03 - Starving in the Wilderness
With food becoming scarce, Carolyn goes on the hunt for a moose, and the Flower Lake group look for squirrels, while the rest of the groups search for anything that is edible.
4 :01x04 - Hunt or Be Hunted
Winter's icy grip has the teams struggling for food, water and warmth. Tim hunts for Wrangell Mountains for mountain goats, and Jeff and Elizabeth are in search for a moose on Icy Bay.
5 :01x05 - Alaska Bites Back
A trek from Flower Lake to Hawkins Glacier for Tim, Allan and Jasmine proves tougher than they had anticipated.
6 :01x06 - No Turning Back
Hawkins Glacier finds food at a shortage for Greg and Bernice, while Time, Allan and Jasmine decide whether to stay and find something to eat or to make the trip back to Flower Lake. Jeff, Elizabeth think over the benefits of leaving Icy bay earlier than expected.
7 :01x07 - Take the Long Way Home
Greg and Bernice, Tim, Allan and Jasmine all battle sub zero temperatures as they attempt to leave the glacier and head back to civilization. At Icy Bay, the Wise family make a cross country hike through snow to meet up with the plane.
8 :01x08 - Back from the Wild
The four groups reunite after their return from Alaska, to discuss their experiences.
9 :02x01 - Stranded in Alaska
Nine ordinary people are dropped down into central Alaska, hundreds of miles from the next town where they can gather supplies and build their first shelter.
10 :02x02 - What Did I Sign Up For?
The team is challenged by the search for food, a raging snowstorm and the sighting of a grizzly bear.
11 :02x03 - Porcupine Stew
The remaining six teammates hunt down a large rodent to feed their starvation.
12 :02x04 - Crash Landing
The starving team takes shelter inside a crashed plane, and one of the teammates is on the verge of collapsing.
13 :02x05 - Bringing The Big Gun
The weary remaining adventurers use some outside help as the go bear hunting.
14 :02x06 - Bear Hunt
After coming up empty on their first bear hunt, the group decides to give it another try.
15 :02x07 - Trophy Hunter
With winter weather and a lack of food sapping the group's energy, Trish goes hunting for food and Carolyn gets depressed.
16 :02x08 - Out of the Wild
The group searches for signs of civilization after getting hit with snowfall, plunging temperatures, and a lack of food.
