Meiden van de Wit: Het kort geding

Emma wants to sue Beth for the shares she inherited. She thinks she has a chance, because she never divorced Klaas and so the marriage of Beth and Klaas shouldn't have been legal.
The only evidence, she has is the letter Beth slid under the door and of course the tape with the confession of Klaas, telling his daughters Emma was still alive. However the tape was burned and the letter was never found.
