Diddy's empire is expanding, so with the help of VH1 he is looking to find a new member of his squad. Thirteen Diddy fans will be put through a special boot camp where they will compete in increasingly difficult competitions to prove that they are the best suited to work for Diddy. These challenges are sure to make or break those hopeful contestants.
