Hello and welcome to the Skip Beat! Forum set up to celebrate the Japanese release of Skip Beat! the anime. I am the Editor and Moderator of this particular forum set up specifically for fans of the anime.

I have been excited about the Japanese premiere ever since I'd heard the news back in June. I've been a fan on the manga for awhile, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from fellow fans. TVRage is a site dedicated to TV series the world over and we pride ourselves in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about the series we enjoy.

That does not make us perfect and often (especially when it comes to foreign series) we have to rely on outside sites for information, but there will be things available only here for you to enjoy (I guarantee it).

So go ahead and introduce yourselves here and stay awhile, and if you have any question feel free to pm!

'ello!
I'm planning on watching the first few episodes at least and check the show out.
Can't say that I have read the manga, but based on the summary I think it could turn into quite a nice show

The first episode is fan subbed already and posted on Youtube. The second should be up today or tommorow!

Personally I can't wait. What Kyoko does to that poor man is inhuman!

I'm still gonna wait for it to be released by some fansub group. I never liked watching series on YouTube/Veoh/Cruncyroll and all those sites.
There are RAWs of the first two episodes out, so shouldn't be that long.

The first episode is really about setting up the series and doesn't get interesting until the end when she freaks out on Shou.

The series just get's better from here.

Believe me it just keeps getting better from here on in. It turns out Kyoko's got talent. Kyoko is the ultimate underdog with attitude. I fricken' adore her.

Once 10 episode's go by I'll review. This show should be sticking around for awhile. The manga just recently hit the top twenty list in Japan. It took # 2!

OMG the last episode (#8 ) was so very good! They really did a wonderful job translating it from the manga.

Trust me I gave it a 10 and I don't just hand them out...

Especially for shows I edit, go figure.

Hummm, I dunno, wasn't that great in my opinion, good sure, not great.
But I'm looking forward to the next episode based on the preview, looks like we will get to see Shou then, should be interesting

Ahh!!!

All the best episodes deal with Kyoko's past IMHO. But I know what it was, it wasn't funny.

The begining of the next episode should be good. Both Dramatic and funny.
