Brug, De

The series concerns a fictitious village in Brabant, where on the eve of the second world war a new bridge over the river is built by Brenner. The Nazi's however plan use bridge for their invasion in the Netherlands, the resistance wants prevent this under the guidance of the rural pastor. The doctor who just arrived in the village and his wife are getting involved. Also local NSB-leader gets himself involved.
