When TR take a man out of witness protection against his will, he reacts by shooting at them and locking himself in a house. Stella does the main negotiating with him, but makes some personal mistakes and as a result, her girlfriend Alana is taken hostage.
Josh and Shannon go on surveillance to try and catch two hapless crooks before they rob someone. Meanwhile, a woman goes into labour by the road side and Michael delivers the baby.
