Episode 13 - Recap

Kerry greets a man at an airport, who is surrounded by guards, informing him that there is an actor who is going to be playing him, to try to keep the paparazzi and the press away. Josh, Lawson and Dom take the man in one car, and the actor goes in another. Soon though, the actor is shot once in the chest. Stella and Michael tell Kerry what happened. She is not impressed as she tells Lawson what was going on.

Lawson, Josh and Dom take the man, Bobby Lavilla, to a hotel, and tell him that he is the only guest on that particular floor. Bobby asks them what happened to the actor, Kerry answers with 'he was shot'.

In the car, Kerry is feeling guilty for happened to the actor, who is now dead. Lawson tries to reassure her that it wasn't her fault as they arrive at the station. Leon, who is waiting for them, points to a woman, Marisa, who is Bobby's lawyer. Kerry and Lawson chat to her, and they organise a place where she and Bobby can talk.

At the location, Bobby and Marisa greet each other with a passionate kiss. Kerry, Lawson and Dom watch on a little amused. Before long though, a man with a gun walks into the car park. Lawson and Dom get Bobby into their car to protect him. They take him back to the hotel, where Kerry and Lawson talk in the hallway. Kerry thinks that what they are doing isn't working. Lawson tells her that it's working because Bobby is still alive.

Kerry goes back to the station and talks to Josh. She wants him to get Bobby out of the hotel, and thinks that he is the only person who is capable of doing that. He asks her what Lawson says about it, to which she doesn't reply.

At the hotel, Lawson is reading a newspaper whilst guarding Bobby. Kerry walks in and tells Lawson that she wants to take it under the radar and get Bobby out of there. Lawson thinks that is against protocol and that they should stick to what they know. Josh arrives at the hotel later, and two waiters are outside the room. He talks to Lawson as the waiters enter. They have guns though, and Lawson and Josh fight to keep them away from Bobby.

Josh goes back to the station where he tells Kerry that he'll help get Bobby out of the hotel.

Leon gives Dom a couple of 'stay awake' tablets, one for him and one for Stella. But Dom ends up taking them both. He, Michael and Stella go on surveillance outside a small cafe; Dom hyperactive from the tablets he was given. Lawson is annoyed at Kerry for not telling him what was going on with Josh and Bobby. When Leon tells them that Josh has his mobile switched off, Lawson leaves in a bit of a huff.

Bobby gets out of the car Josh is driving as they are stopped at traffic lights. Josh then gets help from Marisa, who takes him back to her place, where she knows that Bobby will go. They then make their way to a warehouse, before Marisa leaves. Morning arrives and a group of men who are trying to kill Bobby turn up, tipped off by Marisa. So do TR, who seem to have also been told by Marisa, and they arrest the men.

Back at the station, Stella goes to sleep in the locker room. Michael realises that he has forgotten something and goes back. He sees Stella asleep and puts a blanket over her, before leaning down and kissing her.

Kerry walks into an office where Lawson is working, and tells him not to do operational deals behind her back. He laughs at the contradiction. As Kerry is about to leave, she says that yes, she may break the rules but they are hers to break. Lawson disagrees, they were her rules, but they're not anymore. She walks back, smiling at him a little. They then talk about the report on Tactical Response that Kerry wrote, before she leaves, Lawson watches before seemingly going back to work.
