| 7 :02x01 - Terra Cotta, Heart Engagement, Rose Panel (Jun/07/2009) | | The CakeGirls in Chicago have a request for a Heart Engagement cake for two of their biggest fans. Since being given full freedom of creativity, Brenda decides to take a crack at it and insists on having the most tenuous part of the cake suspended in the air for full effect. Mary is happy to see Branda excited to work on such a challenging project. Also, Christopher Garren’s Cakes in the OC is asked to make a Rose Panel Wedding Cake and to include red, black, and white colors. Chris pushes his crew to create an outstanding cake, one which will weigh over 250 pounds when completed. Lastly, Lauri at Cake Alchemy (NYC) receives an order for a Terra Cotta wedding cake. But when the bride calls back and changes the color to drab white, Lauri has to grin and bear it, re-roll the fondant and deliver the cake that the customer wants. | | | |
| 8 :02x02 - Turntable, Barcelona, Garden (Jun/14/2009) | | The CakeGirls in Chicago receive an order for a wedding cake for a DJ who would like to have an exact match of his turntable. The girls accept the order and challenge themselves to create a full-sized turntable cake complete with spinning records. Next, Lauri of Cake Alchemy (NYC), receives a request for a surprise engagement cake in the shape of one of Gaudi's most famous buildings in Barcelona, which has her feeling she can finally flex her creativity muscle and make something which will turn people's head. Lastly, in Los Angeles , Reva and Marc of Merci Beaucoup are asked for a garden-themed wedding cake. A last minute call from the bride requesting butter cream flowers instead of sugar flowers, makes Marc feel happiness that he can show off his expertise in butter cream. With Marc’s flower handiwork, the garden cake has an elegance about it that harkens back to an old-fashioned art form. | | | |
| 9 :02x03 - Super Hero, Art Deco, Coral (Jun/21/2009) | | A couple of comic book geeks meet with Reva of Merci Beaucoup Cakes, to request an engagement cake that will encompass their passion for super heroes. Next, Lauri at Cake Alchemy in New York City is challenged with her first topsy turvy wedding cake. The couple's request is for it to be topsy turvy, elegant, a monogram and of course, Lauri’s famous sugar balls. Lastly, Christopher Garren’s Cakes is asked to make a engagement cake which fills a couples desire for an aquatic theme including coral reef and with sea creatures. | | | |
| 10 :02x04 - Cigar-Roo, Beehive, Art Deco (Jun/28/2009) | | Marc at Merci Beaucoup Cakes will face his shining moment as he creates a buttercream groom’s cake which is a combination of the groom’s favorite cigars and his surprise trip to Australia. Marc has given it a name of Cigar-roo. Next, Cake Alchemy is asked to create a beehive cake for an engagement dinner. Lauri challenges Stephanie and Melanie to use their abilities and create a cake of a beehive hanging from a tree branch. Lastly, Christopher Garren’s Cakes is about to enter the art deco age. Chris asks his team to go big, with a cake shaped as a couple dancing, plus a five-foot tall skyscraper and a large piano with more keys than can be counted. | | | |

Cake Alchemy receives a request for cake in the shape of a cigar humidor. Christopher Garren’s Cakes has been asked to create a wedding cake which matches the simplicity of their cherry blossom invitations. | | | |
| 12 :02x06 - Fantasy, Arboretum, Retro Fabric (Jul/12/2009) | | Christopher Garren’s Cakes is given free reigns on designing a wedding cake which is very futuristic. The gang helps Christopher create a six-foot high cake beyond everyone's vision. Then, Merci Beaucoup Cakes receives an order to make a cake for an outdoor wedding. Marc helps after discovering the cake is too big for the refrigerator. Reva will be forced to assemble and decorate the cake on site...not a good situation for any cake decorator. Also, The CakeGirls receive an order for a wedding cake inspired by the brides favorite fabric design. While Brenda wants to make sure the bride gets the cake she wanted, Mary wants to create the vision she sees. It becomes a sister showdown with a cake in the middle. | | | |

Next, The Chicago CakeGirls receives an order for a bridal shower cake in which the bride-to-be wants a really girly-girl cake that’s fashion centric. Mary is thinking designer purses, shoes and jewelry. Then at Cake Alchemy, the girls make a cake for the New York Magazine Bridal Show. They want to set the bar high, and they do when they decide on making a Chandelier cake! | | | |
| 14 :02x08 - Lakers’ Groom’s Cake, Treasure Chest Bridal Shower, Lace Wedding Cake (Aug/02/2009) | | Merci Beaucoup Cakes receives a request for a Los Angeles Lakers groom's cake. It must be big, basketbally and purple and gold. Marc and Reva try and pulls this one together. In Chicago, Mary and Brenda get an order for a treasure chest bridal shower cake. It will be up to Brenda since Mary is swamped right now with orders. Can Brenda handle this order, or will the sisters have one of their famous spats? Lastly, at Cake Alchemy, Lauri and the girls are asked to make a very tall and lacy cake. | | | |
| 15 :02x09 - Peacock, Luggage, Bridal Show Chicago (Aug/09/2009) | | Merci Beaucoup Cakes receives an order for a wedding cake from one of their most loyal…and demanding customers. The bride-to-be knows exactly what she wants...a wedding cake that integrates a peacock theme into the design. So, if Reva and Marc don't deliver, they can expect a call. Next, at Christopher Garren’s Cakes a couple ask for a very personalized cake which incorporates an over abundance of the mementos they've collected from their world travels. Lastly, The CakeGirls take on an important bridal shower. Brenda wants to make a cake that will represent what the shop does best. Problem is that she's already loaded down with orders. So it will be up to Nicole to help her out on this one. | | | |
| 16 :02x10 - Castle Recommitment Cake, Concentric Circles Wedding Cake, Tropical Flowers Wedding Cake (Aug/16/2009) | | Christopher Garren’s Cakes receives a request from a past client for an anniversary cake. The client would like a variation of the castle cake they made for his wedding. Elsewhere, The CakeGirls receive a challenge to make a wedding cake decorated with 60s-70s circle pattern, but look current. Mary and Brenda disagree on the best way to achieve this look, until Mary creates a new way to make a mod circle. Meanwhile, at Cake Alchemy, Lauri is in her element when asked to make a hexagon shaped wedding cake, which has has color and a frenzy of flowers. | | | |

It should have feathers, lace and grace. Marc adores the bride's inspiration and wants to do it as is. Reva wants to keep Marc on track and make the cake easy to deliver. The CakeGirls get an order for an anniversary cake, which must incorporate blades of grass. Mary goes all out as usual, but not all goes as well and must go back to the drawing board. Christopher Garren’s Cakes is challenged to build a wedding cake which incorporates flowers yet still be masculine. | | | |

First they need to figure what a Persian fountain looks like. Then they must work on all those tile pieces. Mary and Ben have quite a job ahead of them. At Cake Alchemy, Lauri is ecstatic over an order for a 3-D luxury cake for an engagement party. Stephanie leaves the shop knowing the cake was done, but Lauri believes there are some finishing touches to do. At Christopher Garren’s Cakes, they receive a request to create a simple white wedding cake, but must the wedding dress design on it. Chris is very busy with bridal meetings so it’s up to Marjie, Lindsey and you guessed it “Oh Interns” to pull off this cake. | | | |

The dress contains some beautiful pleating. But will they be able to replicate the dress fabric in time for the ceremony? The CakeGirls get a request for a wedding cake with a Chicago-theme. Brenda will be leading on this cake, now how will she encompass the skyline of Chicago? Merci Beaucoup Cakes’ receives a challenge to make a cake in the shape of a Russian building. Reva will take charge of this cake so she can use her fondant skills in which this request will need. | | | |
| 20 :02x14 - Renaissance Wedding Cake, Quilted Wedding Cake, Lavender Wedding Cake (Sep/13/2009) | | The CakeGirls receive a request for a "simple white wedding cake." But what should be a simple assignment becomes challenging when Brenda starts making a quilted pattern on the cake. Then, Marc and Reva get a dream request when a couple asks for a cake to be sent to the Renaissance Faire. Marc and Reva find the event fun since they first met at a similar event. Now they must create a cake which captures the spirit of the Faire. Lastly, Christopher Garren’s Cakes receives a request from a eco-friendly bride, wanting a simple cake with flowers that match her wedding invitations. | | | |
