Season 1

The first season of the comedy Parents of the Band, features Geordie actor Jimmy Nail the father of Jack Parker who has set up his own band with his pals, Nail's character see's himself as their manager. Each episode deals with Phil (Nail) and the band's parents trying to get the best for the band.

The show's executive producers are Jimmy Nail, Tarquin Gotch and Kenton Allen. This season won no awards and was very poorly reviewed by the papers and press.
