	Brenda Di Ioia is clearly not the impartial and transparent judge you'd want in these programs. This program has nothing to do with reality, in reality all tickets you get regarding infractions are treated as if you were guilty. The only way to prove otherwise is to bring some sort of undeniable proof you're innocent. Its a shame that this system has turned this way to get revenue out of us no matter what.
