Sexby is exiled after refusing to fight for Oliver Cromwell. An upset Angelica is forced to agree to his leaving wish. Elizabeth is forced to say farewell to Lilburne for the last time. Sexby returns back to England in disguise and comes up with a plan to kill Cromwell.
