Where Are They Now?: Spinal Tap checks in with guitarist Tufnel (Christopher Guest), singer St. Hubbins (Michael McKean) and bassist Smalls (Harry Shearer), looking back at the band's beginnings, break-ups, reunions, break-ups and reunions in never-before-seen footage and exclusive interviews. The band members have been more than busy, with Nigel becoming a junior ichthyologist at the Aquarium of the Pacific, David in a quest to reconnect with Mother Nature, and Derek back in school -- as a crossing guard and classroom helper.
Where Are They Now also checks up on fill-in drummer Mick Fleetwood, who has so far escaped the lethal curse that has befallen Tap's many percussionists; St. Hubbins' girlfriend-turned-wife-turned-ex Jeanine Pettibone (June Chadwick), now farming herbs for spiritual and medicinal purposes, and Chicago record promo man Artie Fufkin (Paul Schaffer), who currently promotes biologically-enhanced eggs in order to support two kids in junior college.
