1 :01x01 - Shaping Up!
Hammer discovers a some of his long-lost memorabilia; attends a take-your-dad-to-school-day with his son; and auditions a cousin to be a member of his dance crew.
2 :01x02 - Moving Forward
The story of how nephew Jamaris, came to live with Hammer, and the two of them then head to Stanford University together, where Hammer will be part of a social-media panel. Also, Hammer brings his two daughters along to the music studio; and shy Sarah is prompted by A'keiba to perform on stage with open-mike night.
3 :01x03 - On The Road Again
Hammer heads to Utah to do a concert with Vanilla Ice. Since Hammer will miss his birthday, the family make plans for a surprise bash upon his return. Also, Jamaris finds a part time job.
4 :01x04 - That's A Bet!
Hammer's father has arrived for a visit, and they all go fishing. Meanwhile, Stephanie sets up Marvin with a blind date, but he'll need a makeover first.
5 :01x05 - Daddy Daycare
The girls head off for a spa weekend after A'keiba comes home from college for a visit. While they're gone the guys decide to hold a small party, but things get out of hand when over a dozen friends arrive.
6 :01x06 - Vegas Baby!
It's hammer's mom's 70th birthday and the gang heads to Las Vegas to surprise her. Another surprise is that Hammer is moving her to Tracy, CA. to be closer to their family. Elsewhere, Hammer promotes some new acts by premiering their songs at local clubs and radio show.
7 :01x07 - Home Cookin'
Hammer searches for a home for his mother, Betty, in California. Meanwhile, A'keiba wants her family to share her vegetarian lifestyle, and Jeremiah discovers he'll needs braces.
8 :01x08 - The Lost Episode
Hammer tries booking a show in Las Vegas. Then, there's a family swimming pool on the line when "Boobie" challenges Hammer to a dance-off.
9 :01x09 - Giving Back
Hammer wants to instill the lesson of selflessness in his kids by having then work at a homeless shelter after realizing the children were trying to get something from Hammer by doing nice things for him.
10 :01x10 - Family Vacation
It's off to Oahu on a spring break vacation for the family, where Stephanie receives a surprise from Hammer when he proposes again, and the gang have a vow-renewal ceremony.
11 :01x11 - Love Is In The Air
Jamaris's prom is coming up and he wishes to wear the original suit Hammer wore in the "U Can't Touch This" video, but first he'll need to pass the dance test. Elsewhere, Hammer makes plans for a getaway with Stephanie.
