Episode Info
Marnie and Kyle see the advert for Aurora's new show on TV and realise that unless they act now, all will be lost and evil will spread throughout the world. To the Shoebox Zoo's delight she brings Wolfgang back from the spirit world and he is more than happy to help out.
Unfortunately, Ailsa is less convinced, pointing out to the others that they will never be human again if The Book is destroyed. Hunter steps in and convinces them that they have to do something selfless and heroic and that they need to all work together.
At the studio, The Dawn Queen prepares for doomsday, while Toledo does a little plotting of his own. He may be The Dawn Queen's assistant, but he is waiting for his moment. Becky, by now totally at a loss, decides she doesn't want to watch and runs to the dressing room; only to find Marnie and Kyle there.
Marnie can't fully explain why they have come but she promises that, if Becky helps, Marnie will try and bring her true mother back. Becky decides she has nothing to lose.
The audience in the studio wait with anticipation, the televisions at home are all being eagerly watched by millions of people hoping to win the $11 million that is up for grabs and Marnie and Kyle hide in the wings ready to try and defeat the Dawn Queen and Toledo.
The evil two emerge on stage to the delight of all to see, but this is not like any game show any of them have ever witnessed. The Dawn Queen starts by zapping all the money into dust, then does the same to the audience in the studio.
Marnie decides it's now or never and heads on stage for the battle of her life. With Kyle and the Shoebox Zoo's helping, they come together to destroy the evil of The Book by shooting it with the Arrow of Truth. Toledo and The Dawn Queen are beaten in the process. Aurora returns, but this time she's back to normal.
Marnie's birthday comes along - she is one year older and much, much wiser. She has now learnt to grieve for her mother and she knows her journey is almost complete but not before one last task; to return the Shoebox Zoo. With the help of her grandparents she goes to the old junk shop where her mother originally found them.
Once inside and alone, she says goodbye to each and every one of them and then leaves the shop empty handed. As she does, a strange figure appears from the shadows at the back of the shop and lifts the lid of the Shoebox.
