Mafia assassinations are occurring all over America, but no one seems to be able to catch the assassin that is know as Phantom. During one of Phantoms assassinations something goes wrong and she leaves a witness behind, a young boy traveling as a tourist.
Because of that the boy is captured, brainwashed and turned into an assassin himself.
