Send Me an Angel

In the not to distant future, the wars of mankind have created deadly world conditions and laid waste to its largest cities. One of them is Tōkyō, where the once proud commercial and business centres are in ruins. As guns become more prevalent than lives, a new agency was created to handle the influx of crime into this fair city. Dubbed RAPT (Recent Armed Police of Tōkyō), the unit started with a goal to wipe out crime. However, it has now become as corrupt as the criminals that it claims to apprehend. In a city where the underworld bosses rule, one boss, named Bailan, employs his own secret weapon against crime: Bakuretsu Tenshi. Employing the talents of the strong Jo, the ever-confident Meg, field commander Sei, and the technical wizard Amy, the mob boss looks out for himself while at the same time giving Tōkyō some guardian angels.
