When Iriki Tōgo turns on the Hanshin Police force, it is up to the new Captain, Katsu Takane, to handle the situation. Unfortunately, the Hanshin Police Force is outnumbered, so Takane calls in her old biker gang to save the city. Lending a helping hand in the fight for Ōsaka are the Bakuretsu Tenshi.
