Washington: Behind Closed Doors


Six-part mini-series that aired on ABC in September of 1977. It was a fictionalized account of the Nixon Administration during the infamous Watergate scandal. Washington: Behind Closed Doors was based on a book written by former Nixon aide John Ehrlichman. Jason Robards starred as the character based on President Richard Nixon.
