An assessor is sent by head office to investigate the centre and Kenny is surprised when it turns out to be an attractive woman.
Kenny scheme to launch a new services for drivers in the United Kingdom doesn't go exactly to plan. Dev offers Terri a place to stay. Kenny is jealous when he finds out that Terri is staying with Dev and his family.

Dev tries to help Kenny Gupta with a speech after accepting an engagement on his behalf. Kenny forgets his notes and ends up using the original speech given by Dev after he sees him there with Terri. Kenny wins the raffle and he invites Terri to go on the weekend away he was won.
Kenny decides he wants to return to London but to do he needs to sort out the call centre's accounts. He becomes frustrated with Dev when he finds out he has made a right mess of the company's credit card database. The team have to deal with a lonely suicidal caller.
After spending the night with Terri at her flat Kenny leaves some of his personal things there. When he finds out that his boss is on the way to see Terri at her flat he tells Dev to get his stuff out of there before he shows up. Phillip offers Dev a new job and Terry is given some bad news.
