When Briana finds out she's pregnant, her boyfriend breaks up with her and she must decide whether she's ready to be a single mom. To make matters worse, her sister Brittany finds out she's pregnant as well and makes the decision to get an abortion. Now Briana must deal with the question of "what if" as she carries her pregnancy out to full term.
