 "Ladies' Man" Summary

Alan Thackeray is the only male working at a magazine company.
The latest TV brush between the sexes is an inane half-hour CBS sitcom titled "Ladies' Man."
The premise is simple. A man, employed by a woman's magazine, finds himself surrounded by women in the office and at the mercy of a female boss. At home he is in the toils of a pre-teen, precocious daughter and a cute neighbor. Thus we have the sexual tables turned. The old switcheroo. Here is a male beset by evils usually associated with the single parent working woman. He is victimized by aggressive women on all fronts, including sexual harassment.
There are overtones of female chauvinism in situations that find a token male in a woman's world.
Louise Sorel, who stars as the boss lady in the new series, is vital, sexy, red-haired and exciting.
