Twenty-two years ago, Bill and Marian decided to transform this triplex into a family home. As a safety inspector, Bill is satisfied with the second staircase and the benefits that come with having an emergency exit. But Marian feels otherwise. Bothered by a bevy of closed off rooms, dueling staircases and a serious lack of privacy, the family is wondering if their renovated triplex is working. Arriving right on cue are competing experts Hilary and David. Designer Hilary will revamp this residence to revive the love for this well worn home. Realtor David will attempt to please this pair with promising new places to call home. When it's all said and done, Paul and Marian will have to decide: will they love their home again or will they list it?
