Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil and Kimi try to raise money to see their favorite band, The Sulky Boys, in concert. But they are not even close to having enough money for their tickets. They see Dil with his belt-quarium he made for his pet fish, Pablo. They sell the belts and make a huge profit, despite Angelica trying to rip off all of their ideas. The fad cools down however and Tommy, unknowingly, forces Dil to come up with new ideas. Dil is pressured to please his brother and friends with new and more original creations.
