After rushing Ryan to the hospital, Zach begins suspect that Hannah was the one who tried to shoot Kendall. Meanwhile, Hannah becomes extremely imbalanced and ultimately takes Josh hostage when Zach and Kendall arrive at his apartment to tell him the latest news about Ryan. In another part of the hospital, Dr. Joe informs Richie and Annie that Richie’s life can be saved with a bone marrow transplant and both men encourage Annie to get tested. It is at this point when Babe finds Annie to tell her about what happened to Ryan. After Annie rushes to be with her husband, Babe stays behind and learns that Richie’s life could be saved and they soon share a kiss. Elsewhere, when Greenlee has a panic attack, she gets comforted by Aidan.

It is at this point when J.R. admits that he is happiest when spending time with Babe and their son. Elsewhere, Babe confides to Krystal about her conflicted feelings for J.R. and Richie. Later, when J.R. drops by to see Babe and Little Adam, he gets invited to spend the night with them. At Josh’s, Hannah flees after Zach breaks down the door. Not long after this, Sean and Hannah run into one another and she propositions him. Meanwhile, Colby spends some time with Dre and learns a little about his past. After being discharged from the hospital, Ryan becomes determined to live his life to the fullest.

At Fusion, Babe tells Amanda and the others about the latest concerning Richie’s health problems. After telling Aidan and Jack about how Greenlee’s system is shutting down, Angie tells them that her chances of survival are slim if she doesn’t give her an experimental antidote.

While Aidan is having a drink in the bar, Kendal gets an unwelcome visitor when a stalker breaks into her room. Worried that she hasn’t come downstairs yet, Aidan goes upstairs and finds Kendall fighting for her life in her room. As Jesse, Angie, and Tad discuss the possibilities that Jesse’s attackers know he is alive and where he is, they are unaware that his enemies are closing in on them. Meanwhile, Erica holds a press conference admitting wrongdoing and vows to make Samuel pay for trying to make example of her just because of her celebrity. At the casino, Ryan makes an attempt to talk to a hurt Annie. Not long after taking out her frustrations on him, Annie and Ryan give into their passion and make love. While at Fusion, Greenlee and Zach get closer while dancing in the back room.

As they are drinking their champagne, Kendall asks Aidan to recite some poetry he remembers from his days in England; unaware that Ryan is downstairs, trying to get to Kendall. He eventually sweet talks his way past the front desk and is less than thrilled at see Aidan and Kendal sitting on her bed. At ConFusion, Greenlee runs into Zach and admits that she is jealous of Kendall at the moment since she gets to be with Aidan and upset over the fact that Ryan seems to be remembering Annie and not her. At Mrs. Remington’s home, Angie and Tad get some valuable information regarding to Remy’s disappearance 18 years before, unaware that Robert has someone watching them. At Tad’s office, Frankie confronts Jesse about not being there for him while he was growing up. They then get an unwelcome surprise when Robert shows up unannounced.

As Jesse tries to learn the identity of his captors, chaos ensues inside the hanger. As shots are being fired, Adam and Tad rush inside to save Jesse, Frankie, and Colby. As they are being transferred to the Federal Prison, Carmen finds an opportunity to escape when the transport van skids off the road. After talking a reluctant Erica into helping her seek revenge on her boyfriend, Carmen leads the way to shelter for the night. While this is going on, Kendall has a nightmare that something bad happened to her mother and soon receives a phone call from Derek. At Annie’s, Ryan continues to trick her that he is remembering their past together. They then get a call from Greenlee to meet at Fusion to deal with a crisis involving the perfume bottles of Charm. It is during this time when Annie and Aidan get an unwelcome surprise in what Ryan is actually remembering.

Still on the run, Erica gets a surprise when she tries to take the gun away from Carmen. After vowing to make her ex pay for sending her prison, Carmen takes Erica to a convince store to get some supplies while they’re on the road. While there, Erica is able to leave a message for the clerk to relay to her family. Back in Pine Valley, Kendall pleads to Carmen on the news to let her mother go and soon gets a call about Erica and Carmen’s current whereabouts. Still not believing that he is a free man, Jesse is encouraged by Angie to start living his life again. Before leaving the police station, he gets a warm welcome from Derek and the other officers. At Chandler mansion, Colby and Frankie get closer while Adam welcomes Robert in with open arms. Before returning home, Krystal finds it hard to say goodbye to Adam.

While standing at the site of Ryan’s childhood home, Greenlee tries to convince Ryan that she can help him get his memory back and they soon share an intense kiss. The kiss however, makes Greenlee realize what she is doing with Ryan could have wrecked her relationship with Aidan. As Greenlee rushes away, Ryan starts to remember the life he shared with her. Back in Pine Valley, Aidan almost tells Annie the truth about how he and Kendall slept together. As a result, Kendall lies about what he was talking about and takes Aidan to his office so he can sleep off the affects of the alcohol. After they leave, Annie decides to meet with Livia regarding her future with Ryan. As Zach and Jack track down Erica and Carmen, the ladies work on getting Mando and his mother to confess to robbing the bank.
