1 :01x01 - Archie's New Partner (1)

Archie decides to expand the bar in to the defunked restaurant next-door which he already in the process of leasing. Not wanting anything to do with the ownership of a restaurant Harry decides to sell his half of the bar to Jewish liberal Murray Klein who likes Archie's idea to expand. Archie tries in vain to get a loan to buyout Harry .

2 :01x02 - Archie's New Partner (2)

Harry finalizes the sale of his half of the bar to Murray. Archie learns he has a new partner and must come to grips with that. Murray discovers there is more to Archie then you may see at first glance.

3 :01x03 - Edith Gets Hired

Edith get a job as working as a recreation assistant at the Rego Park Center for the mentally ill, but Archie has some reservations about her working, more importantly has concerns about her working at "The Looney Bin".

4 :01x04 - Archie and the Oldest Profession

Murray makes Archie take notice that a new regular customer named Dottie is a prostitute and is brokering her business at their bar. Murray convinces Archie this is bad for their bar's image and that they must convince her to conduct her business elsewhere.

5 :01x05 - Edith vs. the Energy Crisis

Because of heat limit of 60 degrees imposed because of the energy crisis, Archie finds himself in the cold at the bar, but things are even worse at home where Edith is conserving energy with a vigor. But soon Archie feels hot even without heat, when he comes down with a strep throat. Which it turns out he caught from Dr. Sydney Shapiro when he sneezed in Archie's face during Stephanie's visit the previous week.

6 :01x06 - Bosom Partners

The State of New York finds fraud in Archie's lack of payment of sales tax questionable record keeping method. Murray must romance the state's tax agent to keep Archie out of jail and the bar open.

7 :01x07 - Building the Restaurant

Archie and Murray have problems with Swensen, their unreliable contractor, who is demanding even more money. Archie tries to get the money from Louie the Loan Shark not knowing that back at the bar, Murray, Harry, Barney and Mr. VanRanseleer have chipped in to finish the work on the restaurant themselves.

8 :01x08 - The Cook

Murray and Archie hire cook named Veronica Rooney (Anne Meara) who insist that her gay nephew, Fred, be the waiter. Naturally Archie is uncomfortable with this and soon tries to fire Fred, but if Fred is fired Veronica will quit too. Murray convinces Archie to keep Fred.

9 :01x09 - Murray and the Liquor Board

Murray's latter pardoned conviction for punching a cop in an anti-napalm protest threatens the liquor license.

10 :01x10 - Thanksgiving Reunion (1)

Edith arranges for Mike, Gloria, and Joey to come home to surprise Archie with a Thanksgiving visit. But what Archie does not know was that Mike was fired from his teaching job after he was arrested for protesting nude agents a proposed nuclear power plant after his picture at the protest was published in the paper. To make this worse Joey has hid the knobs from the TV.

11 :01x11 - Thanksgiving Reunion (2)

Murray tries to convince Archie that he is being too hard on Mike. Murray asks Archie if he would protest nude if it would make the word a safer place. Archie comes home and starts eating the leftover turkey in the kitchen after he wakes up Mike. Mike joins him at the table. Archie offer to loan Mike money to help him get back on his feet. They are then joined by Edith and latter Gloria around the kitchen table. Archie asked Gloria how could she let her husband mach in a parade where everyone was naked? Her answer: because she didn’t want to march alone.

12 :01x12 - Barney and the Hooker

Murray bails Dottie out from jail and convinces
Archie to hire her as a waitress to keep her from returning to her from returning to her old profession, but newly divorced Barney falls for her and is soon asking for her hand in marriage.

13 :01x13 - Man of the Year

Phil Weber, a con man who claims to be an old Briant High classmate of Archie's, tells Archie that he has been made an organization's man of the year. Archie and Murray decide to hold the ceremony at the bar which Archie's high school classmates are invited to and are asked for as an entrance fee which is supposed to pay for an organ in Archie's name at Briant High. Archie and Murray realize Phil has run off with the money, but Archie insist Murray not tell his classmates feeling they will lose respect for him if they knew the truth.

14 :01x14 - The Shabbat Dinner

Edith and Stephanie prepare a Shabbat diner. Murray brings his non-Jewish girlfriend not knowing that Edith has also invited his mother and his aunt who would prefer that Murray only dates Jewish women. Edith convinces Murray's mother to give his girlfriend a chance.

15 :01x15 - Barney's Lawsuit

Barney gets hurt after his lucky bar stool which he has been sitting on since Mets won the 1969 World Series collapses. Archie fears Barney will sue after her learns Barney has hired a shady lawyer and the Bar's liability insurance policy was voided when it was expanded into to restaurant extension

16 :01x16 - Blanche and Murray

Barney's Sex Crazy ex-Wife returns to town and starts putting the moves on Murray and Barney can't take it.

17 :01x17 - Murray's Daughter

Murray's estranged daughter shows up at the bar looking for her dad only to sign off on a hose she inherited from her grandmother. She is married to Puerto Rican husband and they have two small children. Archie takes it upon himself to help reconcile the relationship between Murray and his daughter.

18 :01x18 - The Ambush

The partners fear a neighborhood burglar named the Saturday Night Bandit. Archie decides to stay at the bar overnight to try to catch "him" Murray comes back to because he thinks Archie might be putting himself in danger. The "burglars" turns out to be not quite what Murray and Archie expect when they take Archie and Murray by surprise and turn out to be women.

19 :01x19 - The Return of Sammy

After Archie calls Sammy Davis Jr on a local TV Talk Show on which Sammy is a guest, Archie convinces Sammy to visit the bar, but When Sammy chokes of some food Veronica has given him to try, Archie performs the Heimlich maneuver but in the process Archie hurt some of Sammy's ribs which Sammy thinks they may be broken, putting Sammy in the hospital. At the hospital It turns to Sammy’s ribs are not broken after all. Sammy has seen some changes in Archie and when the freelance reporter who has been following Sammy for a story on race relations wants to write about Archie's bigotry Sammy stands up for Archie. Unfortunately Sammy is unable to convince her not to write it. In the end Archie who was kissed by Sammy in "Sammy's Visit" kisses Sammy this time.

20 :01x20 - Archie Fixes Up Fred

After a customer named Tom who is Archie's lodge brother in the Kings of Queens complains about Fred the Gay waiter. Archie tries to fix Fred up with the Linda girl from the laundry hoping this will turn him around. In the end it turns out Tom's real reason for complaining about Fred is in that Tom is in closet and Fred turned him down. Fred decides to quit his job as waiter.

21 :01x21 - Father and Daughter Night

Stephanie needs a father for a talent show. When Archie is unwilling Murray steps in. Archie becomes jealous of Murray and Stephanie. Archie and Murray decide they will both perform with Stephanie. They louse the contest but the gang at the bar convinces the trio to give them a personal performance.

22 :01x22 - Van Ranseleer's Operation

When Barney finds possible cure for Mr. VanRanseleer's blindness in the newspaper. Archie and the gang raise money thinking that lack of money is the reason Mr.VanRanseleer seems to be unwilling to have this operation, but It turns out the Dr. Larkin the doctor from the article has been both Mr. Van Ranseleer’s doctor and friend for years and the story from the news paper was misleading. Infarct as Dr.Larkin already knows and the gang at the bar doesn’t is that Mr. Van Ranseleer made a fortune on the stock market and has donated a lot of money to help the doctor’s research. VanRanseleer has kept it a secret because he did not want to be treated any different because he had money. VanRanseleer and the Dr. Larkin convince the gang to donate the money they raised to the doctor’s Research

23 :01x23 - Veronica's Ex

Veronica's shady and unfaithful ex-husband shows up at the bar. Veronica soon finds herself back in his arms.

24 :01x24 - A Small Mafia Favor

A crime kingpin visits old buddy Murray, but a rival mob boss is assassinated in the restaurant on a signal Murray unknowingly gave. Fearing mob retaliation Archie advises the gang to keep their mouths shut about what they saw.

25 :02x01 - Archie Alone (1)

A Month after Edith's Death Archie refuses to deal with his loss and tries to lose himself in his work, but everyone at the bar is going out of their way to be nice to him. Meanwhile Stephanie is skipping school.

26 :02x02 - Archie Alone (2)

Archie realizes he has to deal with Edith before he and Stephanie can get on with their lives. Archie enlist Veronica and next door neighbor Polly to pack up Edith's thing in the Bunkers' bedroom. Archie finally comes to grips with the loss of Edith

27 :02x03 - Home Again

When Archie gets a high tax adjustment bill Archie decides his house is too big with Edith gone and decides to move into a apartment, but Stephanie does not want to move out of the house.

28 :02x04 - Hiring the Housekeeper

Archie searches for a housekeeper. The best candidate turns out to be Ellen Canby (Barbara Meek) the Sister of his black next neighbor Ed. Archie ends up offending her, but Murray convinces her to take the job anyway. Mrs. Canby and Archie must learn to live with each other

29 :02x05 - The Wildcat Strike

Archie's Entire staff walks out and demands to be unionized. Leaving Archie and Murray to run Archie's Place alone with Archie trying to cook. Archie soon realizes that he can't live without them and agrees to their terms.

30 :02x06 - Veronica and the Health Inspector

A young health inspector falls for Veronica, but Archie feels he is too young for her and he will only end up hurting her. Soon Veronica starts to feel the age difference. She decides that the generation gap is just too wide .

31 :02x07 - Murray's Wife

Murray's ex-wife Shelley who he has not seen in many years pays him a surprise visit. Even Archie likes her. Murray soon finds himself growing closer to her again, but soon Murray starts to realize why they got divorced in the first place when she reveals her plans for them convert the bar into an English Style pub where in which her socialite friends would feel at home. Unfortunately Archie, Harry and Veronica do not fit into her plans for the bar.

32 :02x08 - The Camping Trip

Stephanie joins the Astoria Girls Club who is planning a father daughter camping trip. Stephanie convinces Archie to go with her, but at the meeting Archie starts giving his own unique advice to the club on how they should run their camping trip.

33 :02x09 - The Incident

When the supermarket Manager sees Archie and Mrs. Canby shopping together he accuses them of being a couple for this Archie punches him. Which is bad for Archie considering the Manager is also the leader of Archie lodge The Kings of Queens. Archie decides not to apologize which will lead to him being kicked out of the lodge.

34 :02x10 - Custody (1)

Stephanie's grandmother wealthy widow Estelle Harris comes for a visit, but soon she is ready to fight Archie for Custody of Stephanie. Archie Turns to his lawyers Rabinowitz Rabinowitz and Rabinowitz to fight to keep Stephanie.

35 :02x11 - Custody (2)

Archie fights Mrs. Harris in court for Custody of Stephanie, but Stephanie wants to stay with Archie. The Judge must decide if Stephanie's should stay with Archie or Travel Europe with Grandma Harris. The Judge decides that Stephanie is best off staying with Archie.

36 :02x12 - Barney the Gambler

When Barney has success with Murray's betting system for Horse Racing he soon starts betting on everything and finds him self in debt to a bookie who will kill him if he doesn't pay up. It is up to Murray and Archie to bail him out.

37 :02x13 - Murray Klein's Place

When Archie walks in on women's night which Murray secretly planed on Archie's night off , Archie gets mad at Murray for going behind his back, but this drives Murray to quit the partnership, but Archie finds life without Murray is hard and convinces him to come back in
exchange for putting his name in the corner of the window.

38 :02x14 - Weekend Away

Murray and Archie go to a restaurateur's convention Upstate but all is not what it seems when Murrays hot date holds him up at gunpoint and steels all him money. Meanwhile Archie meets a women that will not leave him Alone.

39 :02x15 - Stephanie's Science Project

When Amy Bloom's Father builds her an exploding Mount Saint Helens for the classes science fair Archie feels a need for Stephanie's project be better. Archie gets everyone at the bar to build Stephanie a model of the solar system, which the Teacher thinks is great, but fails because she can tell in was not built by Stephanie

40 :02x16 - Tough Love

Veronica hits rock bottom when Murray and Archie discover her drunk in the storeroom. Murray refers her to him doctor who tells her to give up drinking but who gives Valium to help relax her. But when Veronica takes the Valium with Alcohol she collapses and has to have her stomach pumped. Archie tells Veronica he will fire her if she doesn't stay sober. When she is caught with a bottle of boos Archie fires her. It takes this to show her she must make a commitment to stop
drinking. With Archie's support she calls Alcoholics Anonymous.

41 :02x17 - The Trashing of the Temple

A Rash of vandalism of Synagogues around the city brings Rabbi Jacobs to the Bar to Ask Archie the only non Jewish member of Temple Beth Isaiah to join a committee to protect against these acts, but Archie will not join. When Temple Beth Isaiah is itself vandalized Archie decides that it is unsafe for Stephanie to be around the Synagogue and threatens to pull her out of Hebrew School .Mr. Van Ranseleer is able to get Archie to see his approach is wrong and Archie shows up to the Committee meeting where he volunteers to canvas the neighborhood for vandalism on Thursday nights.

42 :02x18 - La Cage aux Bunker

When Stephanie dos not make her school chorus. Archie tries to charm Stephanie music teacher to get her to change her mind, but it works too well when she falls for Archie. When she invites him over for dinner. Once at dinner Archie out and tells her that he and Murray are a couple.

43 :02x19 - Death of a Saint (1)

Murray is ready to propose to his girlfriend Marcie and turns down his mother invitation to dinner. When his mother dies of a Heat attack at the same time he is out on his date proposing to his girlfriend. Murray feels guilty that he wasn't with his mother when she died. Murray's girlfriend thinks he blames her. After talking to his mother's friends Murray learns his mother was wining a poker game and very happy at the time of her death. But when he wants to apologize to Marcie he learns she has taken a Job in San Francisco.

44 :02x20 - Goodbye, Murray (2)

With his girlfriend Marcie gone Murray is unable to concentrate on business. When Murray tries to contact her through the company he realizes she is sill in New York. Once they make up Murray decides the best thing he can do is move with her to San Francisco. Though Archie tries to convince Murray to stay Murray decides he must follow his heart and the gang at the bar must say farewell to Murray.

45 :03x01 - Billie

Archie's niece Barbara Lee "Billie " Bunker who is the daughter of his brother Fred comes to town looking to live in New York, but Archie urges her to return to Baltimore but when she learns the reality of New York Apartments Stephanie urges Archie to let her move in.

46 :03x02 - The Business Manager

With Murray gone and bills unpaid and Archie's questionable Bookkeeping puts the bar in of the verge of foreclosure. Archie Seeks out the help of his lawyer Sam Rabinowitz who tells Archie he must use a business manager. Rabinowitz's assigns Archie Roger Abbot who Archie has already given a bad first Impression to. Archie realizes that Roger may be the only one who can keep the bar afloat

47 :03x03 - The Date

Billie goes on a date with Roger, but Archie believes she Is only going because told her not to date Roger.

48 :03x04 - Norma Rae Bunker

When Mrs Camby needs extra money to help pay for her daughter's college education. Archie suggests a garment company that Jose's sister works for in which she will be able to work at home. When they don’t pay her what they promised her she quits and convinces Archie to go to the company’s corporate headquarters and get the $60 they owe her. When Archie goes to the headquarters the head of the company calls in a goon who puts out the $60 but then blocks him from getting to the money. Archie decides to say they gave him the money while secretly paying it out of his own pocket. Inspired by what she thinks was courageousness by Archie in standing up to the company Mrs. Camby decides to make clothing and try to sell it her self.

Barney's computer date and Archie hit it off leaving Barney the odd man out. Archie can't go through with the relationship because he feels like he would be cheating on Edith.

51 :03x07 - Happy Birthday, Stephanie

For Stephanie 13th birthday Billie buys her tickets to a sold out punk rock concert but Archie Forbids her to go. But on the night of the Concert Archie finds the House Empty and the tickets and Archie and Barney go to Madison Square Garden looking for the two girls but unknown to Archie Stephanie and Billie were only out getting Pizza and Billie had sold the Tickets to a Friend. But Archie and Barney get arrested when they get mixed in an unruly mob of people without tickets. Archie and Barney are arrested and thanks to Barney mistaken for pedophiles. They looked up with 2 men charged with statutory rape in the park (Archie and Barney think it means rape of a statue in the park) and another that strangled his wife.

52 :03x08 - Growing Up Is Hard to Do (1)

Archie wants to have Stephanie’s Bat Mitzvah reception at the Bar while Grandma Harris want to hold it at her country club. Stephanie convinces them they should hold it at the house. The morning of the Bat Mitzvah Stephanie’s father Floyd shows up at the house. Both Archie and Grandma Harris don’t want Floyd at the Bat Mitzvah thinking he’s only after money while Stephanie wants him to stay. Archie and Grandma Harris reluctantly agree to let him stay. At the Ceremony the rabbi ask Stephanie’s father to step forward both Floyd at Archie step up.

53 :03x09 - Growing Up Is Hard to Do (2)

Floyd sits back down and allowing Archie to step up to the bima and make a speech. Later Stephanie in her Bat Mitzvah speech says she would like everybody to get along. When they get back to the house the gang from the bar shows Stephanie the money tree they made her Stephanie shows it to Floyd she tells everyone wants to put the bank. Veronica offers to put the tree in Stephanie’s room. Floyd tell Stephanie he is in need of money for an investment he also giver he a broach he says belonged to her mother, but when Stephanie’s shoes it to Grandma Harris she know it’s a fake but does not have the hart to tell Stephanie. Grandma Harris takes Floyd to task on the phony broach tells him she does not think he’s changed and is only after money. Floyd asks Grandma Harris for money for his investment in Miami. She will not give it to him and tell him she thinks he is only using Stephanie to get money out of her. After using the bathroom upstairs Archie catches Floyd taking money off the money tree in Stephanie’s room. Archie confronts Floyd and calls him a thief and a liar Stephanie comes in and realizes what Floyd has done, but she lets Floyd have the money though she still is very disappointed in him. When Stephanie asks Grandma Harris if the broach really belonged to her mother not wanting to disappoint Stephanie she tell her “It was her very favorite”.

54 :03x10 - Stephanie's Dance

Archie who does not want to face the fact that Stephanie is growing up, scars away Eric the boy who wanted to ask Stephanie to the dance. Archie realizes the wrongs of his way but Eric has already asked another girl. Archie then enlist the help of Stephanie's Best friend Amy Bloom with Amy's help Archie is able find another boy to take Stephanie to the Dance.

55 :03x11 - The Photo Contest

Stephanie joins the Astoria Girls Club's Photography club and convinces Archie to buy her a used camera. But when she starts taking candid test shots of Archie around the bar he gets mad and asks her to stop. Soon Archie chances his tune when learns that Barry Bloom has been posing for his daughter Amy for the “A Day in the Life of a Dad” photo contest Archie insist Stephanie enter and starts posing for her. When Stephanie develops the photos the club adviser complements the candid photos of Archie and recommends Stephanie enter them instead of the posted ones. When Archie sees the photos that Stephanie entered he is embarrassed but when they win the contest Archie has to suck it up

56 :03x12 - Stephanie's Tryout

Archie refuses to let Stephanie tryout for baseball.

57 :03x13 - The Night Visitor

Archie thinks a thief is breaking into his storeroom. Archie gets Jose to spend the night in the bar. Jose discovers Raoul has been living in the bar since he can't afford his rent anymore.

58 :03x14 - Reggie-3, Archie-0

59 :03x15 - Blind Man's Bluff

Mr. VanRanseleer gets Archie cashes his Social Security check at the Bar with money Harry had just counted, but he Mugged right outside of thebar. Mr. VanRanselerer is now afraid to go back outside and secludes himself in his apartment, but when a man named Lloyd pays with one of Harry's Marked bills it seems very likely that Lloyd mugged Mr.VanRanseleer so Archie, Billie, Veronica and Harry, set up a trap for Lloyd where he is give back the marked twenty-dollar bill back Mr. VanRenseleer pretends he has his sight back after the hit on his head and identifies Lloyd as the mugger and the Police find
the marked money on Lloyd. But this is not enough for the police to hold him and they must release Lloyd.

60 :03x16 - A Blast from the Past

Archie wants Billie to get back together with Ted Green, a man that claims to be Billie's old high school boyfriend and a all-American republican, but Billie who wants nothing to do with him tells her him that she is dating Gary and gets Gary to play along with her. In the process Gary and Billie discover they may like each other as more than just friends. Billie makes Archie realize Ted is not all he claims to be and in reality they only went on a few dates back in high school and it was never a serious relationship.

61 :03x17 - Sex and the Single Parent

Archie objects to Stephanie getting sex education in school and Archie has plenty of support because most of the Parents feel the same way. Archie does but Archie has a change of heart when he overhears that Stephanie's friend Cathy Scott who's father Ronald is one of the leaders parents group trying to stop sex education is pregnant.

Which hasGarver’s mentally challenged cousin Larry whom he shares his inherence with looking for the spot in the bar to put his Donkey Kong arcade game when his cousin Garver takes over the bar and gets rid of Archie.

65 :03x21 - Relapse

Veronica Invites her ex-husband Carmine to dinner where he convinces her to drink for the first time in a year. The next morning Veronica feels guilty she fell off the wagon.

66 :03x22 - Love Is Hell

Eric the boy Stephanie has a crush on, pronounces his love for Billie instead of Stephanie which Billie predictably wants no part of.

67 :03x23 - The Second Time Around

Katharine returns to the bar and this time Archie is able to ask her out. When their date develops into more Archie becomes afraid of commitment.

68 :03x24 - West Side Astoria

Archie learns Katharine is Puerto Rican. When she invites him over to meet her family Archie unwittingly offends Katherine's Parents and Brother

69 :03x25 - Billie Moves Out

Billie moves out because she believes Archie rules are restricting her social life. When she can't find a place to go Gary lets her move in with him.

70 :03x26 - Rabinowitz's Brother

Gary quits as business manager after he has a falling out with Archie over management of the bar and Gary's dating of Billie. The Rabinowitz Rabinowitz and Rabinowitz law firm assigns Gary's hated older brouther Barry to be the new business manager. Barry Antagonist stile and advaneces to Billie make Archie desperately want Gary back.

71 :03x27 - Death of a Lodger

Archie convinces Barney to take in a border, but the border Archie helps Barney select turns out the be rude and obnoctishios and drives Barney out of his home. Barney seeks refuge across the street at Archie's. When Barney and Archie go over to evict him but he soon dies.

Katherine plays nurse for ailing Archie. But Stephanie is jealous of all the attention Archie gives Katharine but does not give her.

Gary's Super Model ex-fiancée convinces Gary to handle her divorce After he spends the night with her Billie feels spurned.

Raul and Jose witness a mugging, but they are afraid to go to the police because they fear the Police will learn they are in the country Illegally leading to there possible deportation.

77 :04x04 - Double Date

Archie won't let Stephanie go on a date with a popular boy from school named Danny. So Billie convinces Gary who was planning on going to a Knicks game with tickets he got from his Law Firm to go along with her making it a double date so Archie will allow Stephanie to go. Things seem to go good for Stephanie and Danny, but bad for Billie and Gary. To make thing worse for Gary Archie who he gave the Knicks tickets to got to see a great basketball game that went triple overtime.

78 :04x05 - From the Waldorf to Astoria

Jose's paintings of garbage become rage of the New York art scene with 10% of the profits going to Archie for use of the bar for Jose's art shows, but when art world demands more Jose finds himself unable to recapture his inspiration.

When Gary's brother Barry demands the help of Gary's assistant "Cousin Marsha" Billie volunteers to fill in as his temporary assistant, but Billie starts to get on Gary's nerves when she start to make what she thinks are improvements around the office leaving Gary regretting he hired her.

Billie is convinced that theories in her philosophy Professor's book is are an alternative to hostility, but her boyfriend Gary is not convinced. Billie feels honored when her Professor ask her to type his next but his real intention are made clear when he starts putting the Moves on her.

Barney turns to a video dating service to find new women but lies about being rich. When Barney's date learns the truth she leaves him promoting Barney to go back and make another video this time telling the truth which leads to him finding a perfect match.

87 :04x14 - The Promotion

Gary's brother Barry who seem be to Uncle Abe's top choice to be promoted to partner, but Barry soon gets into an argument with Uncle Abe over Gary's advice to a client which leads to Abe having a hart attack only to have Gary help save him. After this Gary believes he will be promoted to partner instead of Barry and tells Archie he's quitting as vusiness manager. But Barry's position in the argument turns out of be valid and Barry still get the promotion leaving Gary to return to Archie's place.

88 :04x15 - Three Women

Stephanie hopes on a visit to her Grandmother's house she will learn more about her dead mother, but she finds her Grandmother trying to avoid the subject of her mother. Matters are complicated more because Harry's truck will not start and Archie must spend the night interacting with Stephanie's Grandmother's rich friends.

89 :04x16 - Relief Bartender

Archie reluctantly decides to hire a second bartender to ease Harry's workload. When Archie is given a list of candidates by the bartenders union he decides hire a bartender named Pat not knowing Pat is a women Archie then looks for a excuse to fire her. But she files a grievance with her union. Archie take Gary's advice and offers Pat her job back.

90 :04x17 - The Red Herring

When an old friend pays Mr. Van Ranseleer at the bar a few days before his birthday. This inspires Billie to throw a birthday party at the bar for Mr. Van Ranseleer inviting all his old friends not realizing that many off them were once communist and that Mr. Van Ranseleer refused to testify in front of the house un-American activity comity sacrificing his job as a teacher. Archie's friendship with Mr. Van Ranseleer is than put to the test.

Barney convinces Archie, and Harry spend a night out starting with a Knicks game in honor of their 20-year Friendship, but after the game they find them selves bar hoping in Bars where the feel out of place.

92 :04x19 - I Can Manage

Gary asks Archie to go to a restaurant convention but Archie refuses, but Archie changes his mind when he meets the group's attractive representative, but after they spend the night together she tells Archie she is married and has Children. After the revelation Archie decides to leave early.

93 :04x20 - Store Wars

Murray returns to find a buyer for his half of the bar because he needs the money to open another Bar & Grill in San Francisco, but when Archie scares away a prospective buyer. Murray then decides to exercises a clause in his contract which allows one partner to buyout the other that would enable Murray as sole owner to sell the bar and recoup his investment. This pleases Gary because he will not have to work for Archie anymore, but Gary's joy is short lived when his Brother Barry knowing how much Gary hates working for Archie suggest a way that Murray can get capital from his half of the bar without selling it.

94 :04x21 - Bunker Madness

When Archie finds marijuana in the basement he believes it belongs to Billie and he kicks her out of the house. But the marijuana actually belongs to Stephanie who Billie is trying to protect, but Stephanie confesses the truth after Archie breaks up her party because Stephanie friends are using drugs.

95 :04x22 - No One Said It Was Easy

Gary turns to drinking when Billie grows tired of their relationship and wants to Break up with him.

96 :04x23 - Small Claims Court

Barney gets a job as a salesman at a shady electronics store named "TV Heaven". Barney convinces Archie to replace the malfunctioning TV at the bar with a new TV, but Archie Does not trust or want to pay for delivery men and demands Barney help him install the TV Instead . During this process Barney drops the TV. When Barney's boss store owner Marty Marquetti refuses to replace it. Archie decides to take Marty to court where Barney is set to testify against Archie with his job on the line if he tells the truth.

97 :04x24 - I'm Torn Here

Billie and Gary agree to be friends, but this is tested when Billie falls for Rick Baxter who unknowing to Billie is a old friend and childhood rival of Gary's. Billie and Rick start dating neither knowing about others relationship with Gary, nor Gary knowing that they are dating. All is let out in the open when Archie tries to clear up the situation.
