Banacek investigates the theft of a multimillion dollar computer owned by wealthy hypochondriac Leslie Lyle. Leslie Lyle especially values the computer because it is capable of storing and evaluating the world's medical knowledge. Banacek tries to figure out how the enormous computer could have been stolen from a supposedly burglar-proof building surrounded by an electrically charged fence.
