The Clock King has placed a miniature TV camera inside of an antique watch in order to keep an eye on the wealthy patrons in a Gotham jewelry store and gas them to steal all the loot. Next plot is revealing a clock at the Parkhurst Gallery which emits sounds that will cover the noise of a saw used to open a hole in the wall to steal valuable paintings.
