The Dynamic Duo are placed in a giant aquarium complete with a huge clam poised to swallow them up. Joker makes plans for Penguin's escape from prison to help with his final crimes. First is changing the Gotham water supply into strawberry jello until paid $10 million in ransom. Meanwhile, Penguin tries to woo Venus who is staying at Wayne Manor and hopes to find the batcomputer and remove his criminal records , there by making Batman look like the goat of his crime.
