Catwoman's new potion creates new followers with one scratch from her nails. Robin having been scratched too now helps Catwoman with her crimes including stealing $200,000 from Bruce Wayne's vault to help finace the million dollars she needs to buy the plans to the Gotham mint. Batman believes her next plot is to steal the money from the scales Prince Ibn Kereb of Gedalia uses as a conterbal ance to weigh himself on.
