Green Hornet and Kato have been turned into giant stamps and tacked to a wall while Batman and Robin come to their rescue. The Dynamic Duo try to decipher the clue left in the remaining letters from Col. Gumm's bowl of alphabet soup, pointing them to the International Stamps Exhibition and his plan to steal rare, priceless stamps.
