Penguin and Lola have their plot set with a phony Parasol and the real racehorse entered as Bumper Shoot, in order to win a bundle at the Bruce Wayne handicap. With Penguin set to jockey Bumper Shoot, Bruce wants Batgirl to ride his entry and Robin will be aboard the fake Parasol. This is the final of 2 episodes.
